Camilo Garcia: CEO

Since 1988, Mr. Garcia has been conducting tests on soils to find and secure quality reserves. That vision was achieved in 2013 when he found the La Ronge sand reserve. His main profession is construction contracting, he has run a contracting company called Garcia Contracting Ltd in Fort McMurray, and he has over 35 years of experience in that field. He has worked in Cuba, USA, and Canada. 

Lord Magu Bogollagama: Vice Chairman of the Board

TM Bogollagama has two decades of experience in developing energy and mineral assets in the international arena.  His exposure to this market started as the Executive Secretary, US Committee-UN Global Compact which was part of the office of the UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, as well as serving as General Counsel for Korea National Oil Company-Caribbean Operations among others.  He currently serves as CEO of Asia Oil & Gas Holdings Ltd., an energy asset holding company with projects in the PRC and he holds a Masters in International Business from Georgetown University.

Richard Harris: Board Member

 Mr. Harris has over 40 years of business experience in all aspects of business. He has built a large network of international business professionals who all work together supporting each other to grow their businesses. Richard worked in Calgary Alberta during the 70′s Canadian Oil Boom which is still happening today and works with many of his long time contacts in the global energy sector. He has extensive experience in both private and public companies in all areas including financing, executive management, product development and distribution. He is currently the executive vice President of finance and business development at Trimeteor Inc.

Harjot Grewal: Board Member

 Mr. Grewal is a mortgage agent with a portfolio of over 200 clients all acquired since 2012. His academic background is Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. His core competency is lies in providing exceptional client service by being efficient, flexible, and proactive in his approach in problem solving. He has excellent observation and detail oriented skills that have excelled him in his profession. 

Ramiro Lopez: Board Member

 Mr. Lopez graduated from the University of Colorado Spring with a Ph. Degree in Theology. He has worked as mediator, counselor and social worker. He has been a pastor for over 30 years. He has great problem solving skills and is detail oriented. He is a good asset for the Company as a Board Member and will also help to over the work force and business growth strategies. Mr. Lopez has volunteered in many missions internationally. 

Ted Aguirre: Board Member

Mr. Aguirre is an accomplished, results driven sales professional with over 10 years of experience focused on the financial, environmental and mining/energy sectors. He brings expertise in account management, delivering technical sales presentations, product development/training and program implementation and management. He has proven ability to interface with varying degrees of technical representation inclusive of architects, government sectors and embassy contacts, project managers, civil, construction and chemical engineers, construction site superintendents, mining/oil and gas site supervisors, buyers and procurement managers. Mr. Aguirre has exceptional communication ability coupled with a successful track record of building short and long term relationships selling to executives and mid-level managers for Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. John Zhang: International Relations

Dr. Zhang’s education: Ph.D (Dalhousie University, Canada); Post-doctorate at University of Florida. Over the last 10 years he has worked in  Iron ore, manganese, gold, silver and other mines in Mexico, and work on international commodity trading, such as iron ore, manganese ore, copper ore, copper products, coal, crude oil, silica sands, heavy duty equipment, agri-commodities.

Julie Okafor: Strategies Team

Ms. Okafor’s academic and professional background is electrical engineering, however her passion is business strategies and development. She has engineering consulting experience and vehicle dismantling and sales experience. She has worked with Camilo Garcia in strategizing the development of his start-up mine business. Her strengths lie in quick thinking, result oriented, and a drive to succeed.

Laila Gille: Accounting Division

Mrs. Gille has a business degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has approximately 17 years of accounting, auditing, management, building and project coordination experience in Canada and also in the Philippines. She is familiar with accounting regulations and standards with a background in corporate sector. She is a co-owner of LC Accounting & Bookkeeping Ltd. in Fort McMurray, AB.

Katherine White: Accounting Division

Ms. White has a business degree in Business Administration and a business degree in Computer Information Systems.  She is highly skilled in overall management with a solid grounding in business operations, processes and procedures. She is co-owner of LC Accounting and Bookkeeping Ltd. in Fort McMurray, AB.

Roberto Robaina: Strategies Team

Mr. Robaina studied Pedagogy, being Mathematics his strengths. Robertico is an experienced statistic and organizer. Since his youth, Robertico was a leader in his country. He reached top level government positions because his great organization skills and his ethics of dealing with situations. For 6 years, and during the worse economical crisis his country had being; he was the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and he was part of the group within the government that opened the doors of Cuba to the world. 

 

Gideon Lambiv: Geologist

Gideon is our consulting geologist. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and has over 15 years’ experience in mineral exploration and geological research. He has worked for both major and junior mining companies on a spectrum of projects ranging from grassroots project generation through resource delineation to development of diverse mineral projects in diverse geologic, geographic, and cultural settings including Canada, Africa, Australia, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America. He has a BSc degree in Geology from the University of Buea in Cameroon, an MSc degree on Analysis of Physical Land Resources from the University of Ghent in Belgium and a PhD degree in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Alberta, with specialization in Economic Geology.

Karim Karamsoltani: Mining Engineering

Mr. Karamsoltani has over 20 years’ experience as a mine engineer. He is an expert in mine design, construction and operation. 

Gerardo Morgade Donato: Director of Development and Cyber Security

Gerardo is an Innovative software engineer offering over 10 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle from concept through delivery of next-generation applications and customizable solutions. Expert in advanced development methodologies, tools, and processes contributing to the design and rollout of cutting-edge software applications. 

Floyd Gladue: Strategies Team

Floyd has 35 years experience in the oil and sand Industry, both as a business owner and employee for large Corporations. This career path enabled positive relationships, bringing knowledge to the team in negotiations.

Matt Kartchner: Sales

Matthew Kartchner, has over 15 years in sales and sales management experience in mortgage, insurance, and consumer and business financing.

Steve Sweat: Logistics Coordinator Commodity Sales/Trade

Steve has 22 years of international logistics, freight trucking company capable of handling all types of cargo, from crude oil, to frac sand. Director of operations in the emergency transportation and logistics, ground, sea or air freight, Safe Reliable trustworthy international freight handling, Natural Disasters, dispatched over $15 million dollars worth of assets to Puerto Rico for Hurricane Maria, over $7 million dollars in equipment to Houston TX for Hurricane Harvey and over $8 million dollars worth of assets to LA/MS due to Hurricane Katrina Louisiana.

Steve has been involved in transportation and logistics into Canada, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. I have many teaming partners in the industry, in order to fulfill every need logistically
Also have experience in Commodity sales, such as water, frac sand, construction sand, gravel and caleche.  Steve has worked in the construction field off and on for over 35 years, in pipe, storm drainage, sewer, as well as ground up residential and commercial construction 

Peter Zhang: International relations, and member of the board of directors

YI Bin Zhang, (Peter) is a senior Civil Engineer, with field experiences in several continents, His Experience abroad, gave Peter the ability to communicate, and to broad his human skills, making it possible to successfully completed all his engineer tasks, on time and on budget and the reputation of a good innovator, creator and inventor of several construction methods. Some of them in the Saskatchewan, where his method successfully is used in some subdivisions in Regina, with excellent thermic acoustic properties.  

Peter had served as China Liaison with several entrepreneurs to sett foot in the Chinese market, secures successful sales of raw materials and have an excellent reputation in China, as he has served as president of the Canada China Energy Chamber of Commerce for the last 9 years
